Before your website can be visible on the Internet, you must register a domain name and configure the DNS (Domain Name Servers). If you registered a new domain name with us (at the same time you signed up for your new hosting account), you don't need to do a thing. Our system is highly automated and already configured your domain name servers for you.

Therefore, you can expect your domain to resolve (start working) within the next 24-72 hours.

If you have your domain registered elsewhere, you will have to change your name servers with your current registrar (the place you registered your domain). The name servers assigned to your account (the ones you want to use/change to) can be found within your first account information email. If you have control over your domain name on the web simply log in with your user name and password and ask to change the DNS address which redirects your domain to your new website. If it is locked you will have to temporarily unlock it which takes a few minutes to take effect and then make the DNS changes. After the new address takes effect, lock your domain name again so noone can transfer it out and sell it.

Your specific registrar will be glad to help with require further assistance, you would need to contact your domain name registrar for support. Then, after you have successfully changed your domain name servers, your domain should start working with your new account in 24-72 hours.
