1 How to Log In to Your Account The URL for the Control Panel is: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel When you visit the Cpanel [Control Panel URL], you will be prompted for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. To login, please use the username assigned to you in our acceptance email. If you cannot remember your password, you will be able to use the "Forgot Password?" option or email us at r421@earthlink.net for your password. 3 Free Domain Name or Transfer of Domain Name
Free domain registration is issued when you sign up for a full service year annual account.
Please note: Your free domain registration can not be used to renew your hosting account or make any other purchase. If and when you leave Faithful-host.com your domain name will be made accessable to you to change the name servers to point it to another webhost server. Registration will be annual.
4 Cancel Subscription If you are canceling your service simply send us an email that you are leaving which includes date you wish to discontinue, name, address, phone #. We will stop the automatic payments for the next period. With this feature, you can cancel or resume your hosting account(s). When canceling a subscription, we prefer that you leave a message telling us your reasons. You can resume a cancelled subscription at any time. Please note that cancelling a subscription will not immediately terminate your account - it will remain active until its expiration date. At that time, it will simply not be renewed automatically. Cancelling a subscription does not initiate a refund if the 30 guarantee period has passed. To request a refund for an account, you need to submit an email request to r421@earthlink.net.
5 Domain Name Management If you have any domain names registered with us, we will make the DNS server changes that need to happen until you cancel the account. The domain name will expire unless you pay the future fee to keep it when our part expires. We will give you that information and you will be able to continue the service on your own at the domain registrar.
